Thorne’s The Winterman Project will co-produce the YA horror series.
LOS ANGELES, CA & CALGARY, AB — June 16, 2026 — Titan1Studios announced today that acclaimed writer, producer, and showrunner Geoffrey Thorne (Eyes of Wakanda, Power: Book II: Ghost) has signed on to adapt their popular video game, Events at Unity Farm, into a premium television series. Thorne will write the adaptation and executive produce alongside his partner Todd Sharp under their The Winterman Project banner.
The story-rich, mystery, puzzle, PC-VR magic-shooter is available on STEAM, VIVEPORT, and SYNTHESIS.
Originally released in 2023, Events at Unity Farm was Cross-Media outfit Titan1Studios' first wholly developed and published video game. The story-rich, mystery, puzzle, PC-VR magic-shooter invited players to step into the shoes of Ruth Bowie, a reserved teenager descended from a matrilineal line of witches. The TV series will follow Ruth and her family as they return to the titular farm, a mysterious parcel of land holding untold supernatural horrors.
Thorne, most recently the Head Writer and Executive Producer on Amazon Prime’s Batman: Caped Crusader, will expand on the rich world and characters established in the game. The live-action adaptation will lean into the multigenerational nature of the Bowie family legacy while emphasizing contemporary YA themes.

The announcement comes as Titan1Studios celebrates its 10th anniversary. To mark the milestone, the cross-media studio is placing a strategic emphasis on expanding the two distinct storytelling universes first launched in their 2016 comic books. This project marks a major expansion of the Multipocalypse Universe, with additional news regarding their Relativity Universe slated for later this year.
Events at Unity Farm VR is currently available on Steam, Viveport, and Synthesis.
